ROUTE-NEUTRAL BY DESIGN

Every route gets the same rigour.

Outleap does not assume university. University, degree apprenticeship, apprenticeship, further education and employment with training are all first-class routes. Today every student carries a pathway, and that choice shapes how their record is read.

One pathway field, every route

Each student records an intended route, and that intent travels with their record into the cohort view. A student aiming at an apprenticeship is not a UCAS student who hasn't started.

Parity of support, today

The pathway field exists now, and so does the application workbench: students on apprenticeship and employment routes build CVs, cover letters and applications from the same evidence base as UCAS applicants.

Impartial by structure

No route is weighted ahead of another in how a student's plan is recorded. Impartiality is a design constraint, not a policy you have to police by hand.

GATSBY-ALIGNED PROVISION

Evidence that contributes to your benchmarks.

Outleap contributes evidence to Gatsby-aligned provision, notably Benchmark 3, and supports Benchmark 8 by giving advisers better information before a one-to-one. It contributes evidence; it does not make you Gatsby compliant, and it never steers a child.
